That’s where the K Team can help. With the K Team you will be getting your own pay-as-you-go personal assistant, no job is too trivial or no list too long. We will help you cross off all those jobs that you never quite get around to and keep your “to do” list to a minimum. We will help organise your life or your home (or whatever it is you need organising) so that your precious time is yours again.

Events
The K Team just loves it when a plan comes together! If you would like to organise a party but don’t know where to start then let us help. We can discuss all your requirements with you and can organise all the elements that you need to make it work – food, music, venue, décor, lighting - you name it. We can work with large or small budgets, create big do’s or intimate soirees. Also if you have a hen or stag night coming up and are in need of ideas then let us know and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Admin
Is your filing system chaotic or simply non-existent? We can help you there. We can organise it so that your paperwork is in the right place and easy to find. Also we can set up your direct debits so that your bills will be paid on time.
If you need anything typed or formatted we can do that too.
Shopping
We all know that time is tight and not everyone has the time or inclination to trawl around the shops and online shopping won’t always do. If you are in need of something specific – your daughter’s “must have” prom dress or the perfect wedding present then give us a call. We would also love to help if you have a difficult birthday to buy for or even hand over your list for Christmas shopping. Let us search for you and take the pain out of shopping. We would also be delighted to gift wrap your presents as we love it!
Travel
Are you planning a family reunion for fourteen in France? Always wanted to go to Gabon but not sure how to make a start? Do you need a fishing break combined with a beach holiday with some para-gliding on the side? Let us do the work for you. We will research, book flights, hotels and any extras and sort out visas and passports if necessary.
Travel in Scotland
The trouble with Scotland, apart for the weather, is that there is just so much to do. Where does one start? Being based in Scotland the K Team knows where all the best bits are including the hidden gems. If you are planning a trip to Scotland but don’t know where to start – should it be Golf, Sailing, Hill Walking, Stalking, Kite Surfing (or all of the above?) we will help you get exactly what you want from your Scottish holiday.
Re-locating
Looking to move or fancy a place abroad? Don’t be daunted by the prospect of buying a house or moving. Let the K Team help you. Give us your brief and we can search for your new property, whether it’s a city pied-a-terre or a place in Portugal with a pool we can look for you. If you are already moving then let us help smooth the way by finding removal companies and making all the necessary calls and arrangements.
Staff and Extra Help
Do you need more permanent help? Perhaps a gardener once a week or domestic help in the house? Would an au-pair be just what you need but you just don’t have time to look? Maybe a chef would be the answer for those special occasions. Let the K-Team take the hassle out of looking and find you the perfect solution.

About Us
The K Team was started by Kasia Marshall who saw a need for it almost everywhere that she looked.
Kasia grew up in Scotland but started her working life in London as a PA . This took her into the world of advertising where she produced photo shoots for clients such as Landrover and M&S. A move to Glasgow resulted in a job in TV Production working on programmes such as Location Location Location and also in research and development. She has since worked as PA in a private capacity.
Kasia is a do-er, a planner and an obsessive maker of lists.
The K Team is based just outside Glasgow.
